01 Introduction

Welcome to hbazi. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and hbazi ("hbazi", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the hbazi platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features available at hbazi.club.

By registering an account on hbazi, making a deposit, or using any part of the hbazi platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use hbazi.

hbazi reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of hbazi after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use hbazi, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an hbazi employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from hbazi for any reason.

hbazi is intended for personal entertainment only. Using the platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting syndicate or reselling access to hbazi services, is not permitted.

03 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one active account on hbazi. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering on hbazi, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your real full name, a valid phone number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If your contact details change, update them through your hbazi account settings promptly.

• Your hbazi username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact hbazi support immediately.
• hbazi will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

hbazi supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the mobile banking services most widely used by players in Bangladesh. All transactions on hbazi are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The minimum deposit amount on hbazi is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though hbazi reserves the right to apply transaction limits to individual accounts where necessary for security or compliance reasons.

• Deposits are credited to your hbazi balance within minutes of a successful transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few hours during normal operating conditions.
• hbazi does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

hbazi reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, if the account has not completed identity verification, or if the account is under investigation for a breach of these Terms.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

hbazi offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly displayed at the time the offer is presented. By claiming any bonus on hbazi, you agree to the specific terms attached to that offer.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements and validity periods vary by promotion and will be stated clearly in the offer details.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn as cash until wagering conditions are satisfied.
• hbazi reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was claimed in error or obtained through fraudulent means.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on hbazi — including slots, live casino tables, card games, and sports betting — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game or game section on the hbazi platform.

hbazi uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games on WL Live use real physical equipment operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment. Results in all hbazi games are final once confirmed by the system.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical error during a game, hbazi reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players.
• Winnings from games with a known technical fault may be withheld pending investigation.
• hbazi is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's own internet connection issues during gameplay.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hbazi and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Creating more than one account on hbazi.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the hbazi platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using hbazi for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with any part of the hbazi platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hbazi staff or other members.

08 Privacy & Data

hbazi collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on hbazi, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

hbazi will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used solely to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and improve the hbazi platform experience.

• hbazi uses industry-standard encryption to protect all data transmitted through the platform.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data hbazi holds about you.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting hbazi support.

09 Responsible Gaming

hbazi is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its members. We provide a range of tools to help you stay in control of your gaming activity on hbazi, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.

If you feel that your gaming is becoming a problem, we strongly encourage you to use these tools or contact our support team. hbazi takes these situations seriously and will work with you to find an appropriate solution, including temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform.

• Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period.
• During a self-exclusion period, hbazi will not send promotional communications to the excluded member.
• Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts on hbazi during the exclusion period.

10 Account Termination

You may close your hbazi account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

hbazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A member has breached any part of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected on the account.
• A member has provided false information during registration or verification.
• A member has been found to be under 18 years of age.
• A member has been identified as a self-excluded player attempting to circumvent their exclusion.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, hbazi reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited.

11 Limitation of Liability

hbazi provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hbazi shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a member's own negligence, including sharing login credentials.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the member's side during gameplay.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.
• Any loss resulting from a member's failure to read and understand game rules or bonus terms.

12 Changes to These Terms

hbazi may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify members via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of hbazi after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using hbazi and may request account closure.
